Steve will joins us today at 3:15 PM EST for your questions and comments about his book and system. Hope to see you there.

HERE ARE THE PRE- INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

1: are there any special calculations for dirt or turf to polytrack? (or vice-versa)

2: if you break the ratings into various groups, (distance, gender, surface, etc.. ) doesnt that compromise the original sample?

3: does the weather give you any indication of a tracks speed rating BEFORE the first race?

4: is it worth working up a turf rating when most tracks only have a couple turf races a day?

5: can this method be used in harness racing?

6. What was the process you used to write The Power of Early Speed?

7. Your statistics were based on a time before Polytrack and synthetic racetracks. What has changed in both your Klein speed ratings calculations and how you use the numbers in your own handicapping?

8. Your book points out a method of garnering how the track played in regards to early speed tendencies. Can you share how you personally use this anti- early speed bias rating when disadvantaged horses next run under same or dropdown conditions?

9. Is there a 2nd edition to your work forthcoming since Polytrack
has dwarfed many of your statistics with regards to early speed at the various tracks, distances, weather conditions, etc.?

10. You have a website on the near horizon. Can you share with us what it will have for the handicapper/ enthusiast?

11. Is there a betting methodology that you could share for
those that follow your 1) using your Klein speed ratings to handicap a card; and 2) for those that use your follow-up method after receiving a Stable Alert? In the DRF graded selections, I've seen your advising to bet your top or second selection if your were getting 7-1 odds or greater.
