I like everything that I know about Jon White, except his slightly-less-than-exciting manner of speaking.

Since there seems to be no lack of access to Hollywood, I would recommend that Mr. White, Mr. B and Ms. Olivares take some voice lessons. All three seem bright enough and conscientious enough to be able to improve with some training and dedication.
