Can't decide whether Marchavelly doesn't want to go beyond a mile OR just didn't like the off turf the time he attempted to do so. (Setting aside the off the turf poly race.) Today should answer this one for me. No doubt, if this were over a mile, he'd be tough to beat.

At least you know that NoCount can get the distance. And, while I've always been an Ambassador supporter, needing Codeword to soften up Oedipus O'Neal last out, and last running that field, (and the poor performance by OE Saturday) works against, rather than for, him, IMO.

This is a tough race with no value.
