Program to Convert Comprehensive Bris Chart to Import Charts

I wondered if anybody has a program to convert the new Compreshensive files to the older format of Import Charts?

They put up the new files for Compreshensive sometimes days before the import charts, why I don't know. Usually late on weekends, maybe bris needs a new crew?

Doesn't anybody use these anymore?

It doesn't seem to bother anybody but me, that BRIS doesn't put the comma delimited charts up in a timely fashion any longer?
