Racing Hall of Fame

Having visited the Racing Hall of Fame in Saratoga a few times I did not realize that only jockeys, horses and trainers can be elected to the Hall of Fame. No writers, announcers owners or other people who promote the sport. Jon White's article spells it all out.

Virtually EVERY person Jon mentioned in that article SHOULD be in the Hall! This is a ridicuouls rule, and needs to be changed. Jon, give me a call and I'll help!:)

I notice current hall of Famers are limited to those who spend most of their racing time directly with the horses. Maybe they just need a Hall of Fame for frontside workers including blueblood owners.
