help with internet sources

I am helping a fellow with a weekly TV show. He wants to present a program about horse racing internet sites (like Paceadvantage.com) that discuss various aspects of handicapping, breeding, and wagering.

Any reviews of other sites like this one, and a link, would be appreciated.
