My pick 4 died in the first leg yesterday but Schoolboy outran his odds to dead heat for 2nd. Didn't have the winner. The 64-1 was playable in the last leg but I missed it.
For Sunday:
Race 2 - Will toss the firsters and go with Best Big Shot and Yacout
Race 3 - Pictavia looks like a lock. Will also use Greenery and my Rachel
Race 4 - Nor'easterner is a solo for me
Race 5 - Have to go 5 deep here with #s 2,5,6,10,11
Race 6 - I think that Romp will.
Race 7 - The toughest of all. Note that two public handicappers have different best bets. I'll go with Miracle Man as a longshot closer. Lots of speed to run at and he's run fresh before.
Race 9 - The ship-in My Therapy is my choice. My old man used to say "They didn't put him in the van just to blow the stink off of him."

One Tough Belle in race 5, Miracle Man in race 7 if he's ready off the 10 months which is a big question, and Cupids Gallop in race 9 I think will take to turf racing just nicely and he doesn't have too much to beat here.

Big Best Band had a 20-1 m.l. and went off @ 8-1
and the horse did not run.
Wasn't here for the 3rd, looks like big wins

In the 4th I like Cornelio/Nor'easter, but with the fave

That was a wierd race.
5 checks up bad, slows big, but comes back and beats the heavy fave 7, on his other side.
I bet the 4 @ 3-1, halfway thru the race, 9/5 goes up! I would've passed, don't ya just hate that. :bang:
