And what a card it is. Spa's opening day is THE opening day of the year.

LOL…Big Mack…

Durkin talks often how much he cringes at each jump.

I feel like I’m watching a demolition derby with those races. Listen to Tom when inevitably some poor soul and rider takes a nasty spill how he has trouble calling the rest of the race…I can’t blame him. :(

Frankly, I would rather see MULE races instead of jumpers.
The only upside to hurdle races is.....uh......hmmmm, here is none!

I refuse to watch jumps. I turn my head, or look down at my feet, on every one of 'em....I cannot hang with these races.

I saw one start with something like a field of 10 and 2 actually finished the race. They were dropping like flies. Horse flies!

Last year I went up on a Tuesday.Capped Wed & Thurs card at home before I left.Believe on the Sunday before leaving.

Perhaps patience isn't one of my virtues. :D

Yeah that sucks, I would like to take a look at Thursday (at least) tonight before things go crazy.

They draw two days out...Thursday's entries are up now....they probably went up sometime after 6pm Wednesday night. They only finish drawing in the early afternoon, then they have to wait for the guy to construct the ML and whatever else needs to be done before Equibase puts the file up....

The schedule should be no different than last year...

Looked up my purchase history.
Bought pp's for Wed on Sunday.
Bought PP's for Thurs on Mon.(after 6??)
So looking at that they were running 3-days ahead last year.Of course this was the 3rd week of the meet.Hopefully they pick it up as they go.
I liked that schedule better. ;)

Opening Day looked like the invasion of Churchill Downs horses. ;)
