Upon due delebration, I'd like to propose a race for the Dmr meeting.

It should be called The Sherman & Clayton Anti Trust/TOC Stake and run at the classic 6 furlong poly distance-purse $100,000,000 (which includes treble damages). All entries to carry 116 pounds of corroborating evidence.
