I was happy to see that Charles Carroll of "Handicapping Speed" and the "Desert Sea" Website is moving his headquarters to Albuquerque, about 60 miles south of Santa Fe. This is good news for me. I've collected a ton of handicapping material over the years and was thinking of putting some of the stuff on the market but the shipping costs were prohibitive IMO. With Carroll only 60 miles away, I can drive the stuff over myself. Plus, I enjoy his writing and would like to meet him personally and get some advice on betting the quarter horses.
