Haven't been able to get the 7th race off yet according to BrisBet and post time was 45 minutes ago. No video on the RCS feed either.

was wondering what was happening.

I raced to get my P4 play in and didn't realize the 7th hasn't even run yet.

They have daylight there until after 9PM in the summer so they still have time to get the last 5 races in.

They have this problem at Tampa on occasions and it's very annoying that there is no communcation to the remote players about what is going on and what is causing the delay. I watched the 6th and it went off without a hitch and the payoffs were posted. Weather was OK at the time also.

This is looking like "all she wrote". 8th is gone but with no results. 9th shows a post time 10 minutes after 8th "went". I'd say the day is history.

All that brilliant handicapping down the drain. :)

See ya next week.

They've got pick3 payoffs posted with ALL as winners for the 7th & 8th, so I'd say that's it...

I had put in a P4 earlier (BrisBet) and I just checked and it's been refunded.

Later.........

Maybe some toughs from Philly Park and other 30% takeout venues thought they needed to rough up the 4% kid.

Strange that there's no mention of the problem and early demise of the racing card anywhere that I can find.

Ellis Park postpones five races as power goes out

Ellis Park lost a round with Mother Nature on Sunday when lightning from a thunderstorm struck transformers, knocking out power running into the track moments after the sixth race was posted official.

At 3:07 p.m., power flickered off, but surged on seconds later. The second hit came at 3:25 p.m.

Hmmmm...somebody up there doesn't like 4% takeouts?

Hmmmm...somebody up there doesn't like 4% takeouts?

Or somebody up there doesn't like Ellis -- the track was nearly leveled by a tornado a couple of years ago.
