I just read this interesting article on internet gambling:

http://online.casinocity.com/news/news.cfm?ArticleId=73768

--I wonder what will happen next? Do you think the U.S. Government will comply with the recent WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION ruling in respect to internet gambling?

--I don't care about the ban of funding of casino games accounts. However, the ripple effect of the U.S. Government's stance on internet gambling, has affected Canadian horse players along the way. It has hampered my efforts on deposits and withdrawals on horse racing accounts online, because banking option companies I believe, are being spooked by the U.S. Government's stand on the issue of internet gambling.

Exactly, and try to get paid out. I waited 3 weeks on my last withdrawal.
It used to take 3 days, and this is from a book that has been around since 1975!

Yea, the corner bookie, Johnny Nadarebatio, is delaying my payoffs too and using a similar excuse (i.e. spooked by US government's stance against unauthorized off track gambling). And he's been around since 1955!!!
He's also wondering where all these guys that are now screaming about the freedom to bet online being trod upon were when he was raided and jailed over the last 50+ years for taking a few bets on the ponies.
