I need my daily turf fix at BEL and they've taken the race I was keen on playing, the 4th (a maiden sprint) off the turf.

So, I'm reduced to looking at the 6th.

I know this much: off their last race, Inter Galactic was better than Love Cove. Which is good cause the latter figures to get some money as does the chaser in that race, Flyaway Princess.

The recent claim doesn't hurt and hopefully she won't be too close/move too soon with the blinkers on. Take her at > 6:1.

There are a few cutting back in distance here and if the race completely falls apart (which means Garcia moves too soon, among other things) watch out for Appealing Mystery.

Thanks, guys.

I was raised playing handball, Red, and

I recently rediscovered the game and am in the process of introducing my young nephew to it. Can't move worth a damn but I'm getting out there anyway.

Thanks, Dan

It's more what you wrote in the other tread (about the relatively closed community of horses in Cali), learning the habits/ability level of the horses than having a knack for a type of race. It's all turf to me.

Speaking of which, there are some interesting turf races at BEL tomorrow.
