Small amout of ganja and various prescription drugs (for which he had no prescription). Going 100 on the 405 at 2AM. This is his 2nd offense, I guess rehab didn't work.

The thing that surprised me most was that a Prius can go 100mph. Bet it gets shitty mileage at those speeds. Not very green of him

He has speed and pot "offsets." No problem.

When they said on the news that he was driving an "eco-friendly" car, the same exact throught went through my mind....pretty good publicity (at least for Toyota) if you ask me....

He was probably going down hill on either side of the Sepulveda pass.

Bonus points: what famous intersection is featured in a song?

15 million years ago glaciers covered all of what is now Canada and the top half of the United States. I wonder if the woolly mammoths complained when they started to melt. I wonder if Al Gore and pink panty wearing friends would have complained then about the humans causing global warming. Doubt if there were enough cars 15 million years ago to cause the global warming that caused the glaciers to melt.

Too bad we can't find a newspaper from the ice age to find out our doom.

There wasn't a newspaper but they did make a movie about it. Watch "Ice Age, the Meltdown". Sid, Manny and Diego reprise there Tres Amigo peformance with the ever lovin' Scrat providing comic relief. The back story is about global warming, Ice Age style.

Two thumbs up.

Michael Savage observed tonight that if Al Gore were your father, you would do all the drugs and booze you could get your hands on, too.

The wisest talk radio personality. I'm sure he had lots more to say about it.

Im sure that Al Jr. has caused Senator Gore to turn over a few times in his grave but now he is spinning. He was a good man....democrat too!

Well, at least there's one thing that ol' Al and George have in common - spoiled drunk kids!

i've been leaning towards a Prius...was worried about long streches of freeways for speed..wonder what the gas milage is at 100 mpg's?

To get up to 100mph pack a lunch.

A Car and Driver magazine test showed the Prius took a whopping 39.6 seconds to hit 100 mph.

Speaking of Al Gore and offsets,

Does anyone know the cost to offset one fart. Would you have to count them or just calculate a daily average. Given ones diet and health, perhaps we could generate a Par table to apply for a part of the year then we could project a fart count based on your personal par number.

What about the fart classification?? Lets face it some farts are Grade 1 and some mdn claimers. And who gets to make that classification. I know if I'm judging mine, they are all grade 1s - but would not that constitute a bias?

How many trees does it take to offset one's methane footprint.

Dunno. Your gas is as good as mine. :faint:
