Earlier this year, Pinnacle Sports dumped me and a host of other U.S. based players, in the wake of the UIGEA. Ostensibly, their European handle was going to be enough to sustain them. It turns out that this might not be the case.
When Pinnacle closed my account, they owed me the huge sum of $59.08. They sent me a check, drawn on Solid Pay's Bank of Montreal account, which was returned when I deposited it -- NSF.
After nearly one month of back and forth, where I FedEx'd the check to Pinnacle as requested, they have stopped corresponding with me, and still have neither admitted that they bounced their check nor confirmed any intention of covering it.
Are the sharks circling the once mighty, but now bleeding "Piny"?
