My two brothers in law are getting lots of air time as tour caddies for leaders right now.

Kip Henley caddying for Brian Gay...Kip won Big Break 2 on the golf channel a couple of years ago. He plays on and off on Nationwide Tour.

Brent Henley is caddying for current leader Woody Austin...Brent a former PGA player and asst pro at Hilton Head, SC.

Both boys can make some serious $$$$ today! :jump:

Is there a standard caddie take? 10% maybe? In any case I wish them luck!

I would say there are a good number of caddies still being paid a weekly fee + a percentage of their players earnings for the week which does goes up a touch if that players wins.


On the other hand from what I understand some caddies are now being a salary.

Brent is on salary plus 10%. He made well over 150G last year.
