CTX 06-06-07 Selected Races (2 Horse Win Bets) Using Synergism 4

I will either "Hedge" or "Dutch" my selections.
If both picks in a race fall under 7/2 odds I will pass the race.
If my I have one pick at 7/2 or better and one pick under 7/2
I will hedge the lower odds pick. Normally the hedged bet will be at break even or what is called the "Free Bet".
If a pick is scratched, I will bet the other for win and place.
2 1/2 times my place bet as opposed to my win bet.
Ex. $4.00 win and $ 10,00 place providing the remaining pick is at 7/2 or better.

Race - 1 ..........2,5

Race - 2 ..........2,4

Race - 5 ..........5,1

Race - 7 ..........5,3

Race - 9 ..........8,7

Race - 10 ........7,3

I recall .. (back in the day)...that Bob Purdy was betting with both hands
and developing Synergy. I could never get the hang of it :bang:

It's a pretty straight forward program with manual entry.
The read-outs are easy to interpret.
It gives a great pace analysis for both Velocity and the Kinetic numbers and has the TPR feature as well
It's like any other software. What you put in is what you get out.
It's all about contender selection and picking the proper paceline.
If you are proficient at this, the program is dead on.

Bob Purdy and Dick Schmidt did some excellent work with Synergism.
These are 2 guys you can only learn from.

Race -9

The 7 horse was scratched, so as per my explantion, I will pass this race because the 8 horse falls well short of 7-2 odds. 3/5 as of this time and at this point I have had 4 winning races in a row, playing just 2 of them
which paid $12.60 and $11.80 respectively.

Just an added note: The 8 won and paid $ 7.60
That makes 5 straight winning races.

Race - 10

Another pass race. The 3 was scratched and the 7 was at short odds.

The 7 came 2nd.

5 out of 6 winnings races for the evening :jump:

I woulduse it in a NY minute ...but cant handle Manual entry
of the pace lines. Darnit ! I was using Jimmy's ( Bradshaw )
A odds. The program picks the lines. I agreed over 90 per cent
of the time. We would transfer the race to Thoromation ..u talk
about some work ! Keep winning a bundle

Thanks for the kind wishes. I use AOdds for my contenders but I pick
my own pacelines when I disagree with it. I manually input the information into Synergism 4 and I can actually do a card in about an hour and a half.
I am not a typist but after you do a few races you get faster.

If you don't like to type you can use Synergism 2.
I use SpeedPlus to create a Synergism 2 file.
In Synergism 2 you won't get as many readouts as 4 but
the program is quite effective and you should do well.
