The story is still maturing. Not sure how they were caught.

Recall the Fort Dix situation. It was a vigilant citizen who spoke out not the feds. We, the citizens of this country are a deterrent. I doubt anyone is intimidated by bureaucratic, blundering, career minded individuals in govt.

If 9/11 and Katrina has taught us anything -- govt. will always be a day late and a dollar short.....
