What a year this guy is having. He's now won 3 races I believe this year, including the met mile yesterday in a very impressive performance. His only loss came at aqueduct when he broke up in the air ending any chance he had.

I was blindsided by that race. Very nice.

I WILL say, however, that the touted ones didn't run a step between them. I'm a Sun King hater, but I thought Silver Wagon and maybe Latent Heat would do some damage. Lawyer Ron is consistent, and I guess he ran his race ??

i have to admit.. i RACKED UP that race.

how I got anything over 3 to 1 is beyond me. when I saw the morning line odds I said.. okay, he's going to get bet down.

he's one of the top 3 older horses in the country.. quite possilby the world.. Invasor, master command and Corinthian. You can throw discreet cat and Premiumum tap in that.. lava man if we are racing in california... bottom line is corinthaian was in a class by himself that race, and I dn't think that was his best race. Anyone who watches HRTV and watche the gulfstream met will know tht they have been touting a Corinthian v. Invasor match ever since he won the Grade 2 down in Gulfstream

he is the only horse in the field to beat a Grade 1 winner (Jazil..twice) at least on the dirt.

Doesn't matter all too much.. invasor wins in a laugher in the surburban... but you are talking about the hrose that if not for injruries and being a head case, was considered bymany to be better then Barboro when he was on the triple crown campaign.. he comes back, wins 2 out of 3 and the race he looses he jums at the start.... I lauhged all the way to the teller

Obviously, he was not criticizing the spelling, but perhaps the concept that Jazil is a genuine Grade 1 horse.

any horse that wins the belmont is a grade 1 in my book

but even with that said... what has anyone else in that field beat? lol.. on the dirt at least.. at least jazil was in the conversation
