Triplethepleasure comes out of that speed ladened Redefined turf sprint where everything involved early wound up very far back.
Whenlovecomestotown came back today as part of that pace and ran second fighting outside every step at 20-1.
Triplethepleasure gets the dirt tomorrow and should be first time calks. I say should be because even though Contessa 99% of the time uses them, Lunar Rendezvous didn't have them when she won so there's always a chance. Can handle any surface and should absolutely be the speed of the speed.
Absolutely no better bet for me than a horse who I think is best who will be in front wearing calks for the first time.
The promise of a wet track doesn't hurt either as he's run very well before in the wet with nothing on. By the way, his entrymate is also first time Contessa but wore mud calks several times for Barclay Tagg so not really interested and actually hope they scratch despite different rider listed.
