BRIS Question

What scale do the BRIS speed ratings use? Is it 1/10 or 1/5 per point?
Value of a beaten length is 10/dist, but if A runs an 88 and B runs an 87, did A go 1/15th faster or 1/10th faster.
I don't care as much what values they are, just the relationships, to calculate variants.

I thought it was 1/5 for the final time, 1/10 for pace, but I could be wrong.

Speed Rating----1 length = 1 1/2 pts. in sprints
1 length = 1 pt. in routes

Pace Rating-----2 pts. per length sprint or route
