While the Churchill Downs/Kentucky Derby and the NTRA/Breeders Cup websites again continued this year to be amongst the most professionally done and graphically appealing in all sports, one cannot compare them with the Preakness website that has none of the bells and whistles that the prior have had each year. I visited a few minutes ago and couldn't help but to notice the contrast.

The Preakness website has always been a complete joke... it looks as if it was designed on someone's lunch break.

you'd think for the triple crown they could have a single website for all three races and put aside corporate differences etc..

From what I hear, Pimlico is a shithole, why not the website for its biggest race?

Are you kidding? They can't even find a sponsor for the TC. Did you know there was an actual company called Triple Crown Productions? How the hell do you get a job there? They've been able to find 2 sponsors in their existance. Chrysler and Visa. Sad in this day of corporate sponsorships the TC has none.
