What is it with this network!? Now that they don't have the Churchill Downs signal, they aren't even allowed to utter the name on the air? Todd Schrupp just made reference to a "Major track in Louisville, Kentucky," while giving analysis of a HORSE RACE. What dicks.

TVG: Go ahead and say it. Let it roll off the tongue. Sound it out. Hear the melodic tone. For it is....

Well,i wondered how long it would take TODD to stop letting the words
CHURCHILL DOWNS come from his lips....he refers to GULFSTREAM PARK
as a MAJOR CASINO and minor racetrack in HALLANDALE FLA......No better
company pimp than TODD!

Oh come on, lay off Todd. If YOUR boss ordered you not to do something under threat of being fired or suspended, wouldn't YOU listen to him?

Todd doesn't' run the network -- he's just a working stiff like most of us.

The president of TVG is named David Nathanson -- you have a beef, email him instead of taking cheap shots at Todd S.

gee,ANDY,do you think a broadcaster doing the U.S.OPEN golf tournament
would refer to the MASTERS as a" little tournament in AUGUSTA".....TODD
T is A "MAJOR SUCK-UP"....and possibly the worst handicapper on TVG.

To be fair, it's not the same thing---the Masters and U.S. Open aren't competing with each other. They're part of the same circuit. And as far as people not saying certain words because of fees and contracts, haven't you heard of the Super Bowl being called "The Big Game" a whole lot lately? Gamblers should know---money talks.

if the MASTERS and U.S. OPEN were on competing networks, i don't
think a broadcaster would insult the viewer by not mentioning the
other tournament.

Nobody loves hearing the inane sound of his own voice more then he does. Listen, "andi"...he may not own the network, although there aren't
to many people who do with only a 2 didgit I.Q., but the owner doesn't put
all the other horse crap which he constantly burp's up on EVERY occasion
possible....if fact, I've never heard anyone interupt THEMSELVES as often as he does.
He is an embaresment to a great sport ( and himself...and the human race..
..and any other race which TVG won't show )

Sorry for "sugar-coating" my true feeling's.

Todd's certainly not my favorite TVG announcer. Is there any US wagering service online besides Xpressbet that is taking wagers on the Derby?

speaking of, I am seeing what everyone is talking aobut with these wagering accounts.

I used to have an offshore account with betwwts.. then they closed it. Well, I lived a stone throw away from TAmpa Bay Downs for about a year until I moved back to little rock, AR recently, so when I wanted action, I walked to the track and made a bet.. simple as that.

Now, I try to open up an account with xpressbet, I can't becuase my address doesn't match my address on my drivers licsence, so I have to go to the DMV, get my address changed, just so I can send them a copy of it to open an accuont. This is pathetic. i've never tried so hard to give someone money and they say "no, we don't want it".. I don't really have a problem with the offshore gambling laws, but if you are going to make it illegal, please provide a valid alternative that isn't as painful as pulling hair out your nose?

I liked BETWWTS so much, i used the account as a second bank account. unreal customer service, could bet on anything I could think of, no site glitches, etc.
