I know alot of you guy's probably think I've lost it. The word of God is deep and powerful...and it scares people.

But for now I'm talkin' about making money. Real world shit, so to speak.

Sales is where it's at. I made a thousand dollars on saturday, before taxes of course. My good friend, Grant Cardone convinced me to "give this a shot."

I did and it's been magical.

MY SYSTEM:

1. It all starts within the first 4 minutes of meeting the customer. If you can't build raport within 4 minutes, you're wasting your time and theirs.

2. The Mirror Technique: meaning that you mirror the personality of your customer. Is he/she a risk taker? An A type? Or a hippie lost in this generation? You never want to be fake, but you should be willing to adjust YOUR personality to fit the needs of the customer.

3. The Trial Close; My favorite line is: "You don't have to buy today do you?
It completely disarms them and gives them the impression that you are a
low-pressure salesperson.

4. Avoid Cliches: If I could, would you? or "Would you buy today if the price was right? They've heard this already. And it's weak.
