Looks like they will be taking off most of July and August. Is the WV Derby in jeopardy? It's a shame the management puts up with what goes on there.

I think management likes cancellations. They don't have to pay purses. Can just let the slots bring in the cash.

I don't know what you were watching, but there was lightning for at least 30 straight minutes.

It's a shame the management puts up with what goes on there.

How many tracks managements do you know run with ligntning and downpours? I don't think that management has a choice but to let them cancel.
