Yes, let's encourage beating on a horse that has to come back in two weeks, and then give the money to a charity for a horse that broke down. :rolleyes:

I don't know why, but that is exactly what went thru my head too.

But, Then again, I thought about it some more and realized that they take everything they can out of Derby horses anyway. See Monarcho's for an example. After the race my ole man looked at me and said "that horse never wins another one" and I think he was right.............
