Since TVG is now basically dead and buried, I won't waste time taking shots at them. But CNBC gets the award for dumbest statements of the day. On "Fast Money", they were talking about gambling related stocks, and the host started bringing up the subject of "gambling away the family savings". Hello? Just what the hell is the stock market? It may not be slot machines but realistically there's isn't much difference between the track and the market. And despite and the "move-up" types at the track, I think there's more corruption in the market.
