Hoosier Park Opens friday...Any ADW contracts signed for it?

Churchill is handling the distribution of the Hoosier signal and it does not appear that any ADW other than XpressBet has the signal at the moment. Is this the first sign of the "broad" distribution policy of TrackNet, or is it just one of those last minute items. Seems to me Youbet and AmericaTab should be signing an agreement soon unless Tracknet is playing games. Who cares about Hoosier, but it is no longer exclusive to TVG and no one else seems to have it that I can tell other than XpressBet.

Any comments from Premier Turf Club or others on the situation?

Does Churchill also handle the Distribution of the Hollywood Park Signal? If so, then who gets it?
