I just ran across this website , it shows the current odds plus exotic payoffs for many tracks and for 6 or 7 also shows the video of the track feed(see the little TV screens next to the track name) without having to sign up at Youbet (the provider of the info). Didn't spend much time fiddling on this website so there may be some "gotchas".

its promo for ubet, sign up free for 60 days, think the same as espn.

cbs.sportsline has the same deal, plus you can read the current Youbet newsletter, and view their current track schedule.
