It may be time to pull the plug on these posts. Sorry guy, but I'm getting a little bit embarassed for you. I appreciate you taking the time and effort to post all these (many) picks, but haven't you endured enough losing and humiliation for a while? It was entertaining when you posted the huge bet amounts, but lately I find myself feeling sorry for you, and that's not an emotion that I'm used to feeling when it comes to gamblers. You seem like a nice person and all, but it really may be time to call a cease fire on all these rapid fire picks.

Well, I must say that his results lately have been horrible. But he has had the guts to post them and give recaps at the end of the day that are scary bad.

And a lot of software, figure, and system sellers say that they can't post picks because they need to make the decisions with a couple of minutes to post. Well guys, Anderon has shown that you can. Let's see some of them try this themselves. Do well enough and you'd generate some interest - just like the 500 profitable selections from Steve Wolson did.

It is easy to make fun of the guy, but I think it a disadvantage to everyone. I think there should be lots of people doing something of this nature - me included. As the preeminent horse racing board, I find that there there is a real lack of selections here. Some of the high profile members here used to post a nice spot plays regularly. I remember CJ with some awesome picks, rmanias picks were really good, suff, there were lots. Not much anymore. And have you seen Melman's harness picks from yesterday! Now there is something I'd buy. Those results would have put Anderon even for the week.

If we disparage someone who tries, it won't happen very often from anyone else.

I did say that I think he is embarassing himself by continuing to make these selections and that he should stop. Doesn't it seem silly to say have standard posts like "Let's get profitable," or "Until next time...Stay profitable!!," when there is nothing approximating profits going on?

I would never judge a person's handicapping ability based on a few selections, or even a few days worth of selections. It should be painfully obvious by now, however, that the jury is in on Anderson.

I tend to agree with PA that this is some kind of prank being played. It really does become theater of the absurd at times when Anderson's boyfriend, the great Totemaster, comes in to defend his honor. The past threads involving denials about Anderson's alter ego, Ultimate Selector, are pretty funny too.

Anderson seems to be intelligent and overall nice person - I pointed that out. I am, however, basing those observations on prior posts, the same as I am with the many, many selections. There really is no intention of ridiculing anyone here. I promise, I will neither look at nor post to any of Anderson's threads again!

Regarding the selections forum as a whole, I agree that the quality is down. Where we differ is that I think the quality is down because of people who basically throw a bunch of crap at it every day (i.e. Anderson and Whobet).

kingfin, I never said you did. And I am sorry that you took it that way. I was quoting PA's post (now I am in real trouble!). I don't disagree with most of what you say.

But I don't see how whobet, anderon or tinman are hurting anything. Whobet posts his picks and then gives his results(but without the recap like Anderon). No big deal to me.

But perhaps you have a point in why people aren't posting selections like they used to. Maybe some feedback from them would be useful. I'd sure like to see some more spot plays from the excellent cappers on this site.

Once again, what would the prank be? I'm a positive person so that's why I say Let's Get Profitable & Until Next Time Stay Profitable. Who know's maybe someone out there uses my selections with their own handicapping method and when they match up they do well. I totally admit as of late I just plain suck, but that only makes me more determined to correct it and get better too. The reason I believe that the quality of selections are down is because the board can be rude and down right nasty with posters that don't fair well each and everyday on their selections, so handicappers are scared to post and catch crap from alot of people on this board. I've been thru it but once again it makes me more determined to earn your respect for what I do. I always have been up front and honest with my daily results, I'm just about the only one that will recap with full disclosure each and everyday no matter what the results are. Now I think by my ITM % you can see that I'm on well meant horses as my selections for as many plays that I make. I aslo enjoy what I do and have fun at it, that's why I continue to post, otherwise why would I stay and get bombarded with alot of harassment as I have in the past (although it's been alot better as of late, I must admit) I would just go away and say the heck with it and do my own thing......There is no agenda here guys believe me !! BTW I think what you said about Tote and myself was totally uncalled for. I don't know Tote, I have never have spoken to him or anything. All I know he plays like I do off the toteboard and can understand what I do. That's it, plain and simple.
