Should the Cubs retire Sammy Sosa's number?Yes, right after they put him in the Steroids Hall of Fame. What an overrated piece of crap.

I agree.

Most cubs fans simply pretend that he never existed. Why retire his number.

Who are we talking about? ;)

Tough Crowd here!

Sosa is back this year to try to hit 12 home runs to get to 600. That is elite territory.

Sosa was the guy who carried the flag around the bases after 9/11.

Sosa was put on the list of the top 100 players EVER by the Sporting News.

If Baseball is going to recognize all of his accomplishments and NOT modify the records books, why shouldn't the Cubs wait a few years and then make some money off him.

Best would be if they give out a bobble head with a bat that opens up and a cork pops out!

No question he was on roids.....but even before that, he was a legit 35-40 HR a year guy. Probably would've hit 50 in 1996 had he not missed the final month of the season. And nobody can ever say Sammy dogged it out there. Always gave 100%.
