I just saw that allhorseracing.com has a deal for the small bettor. Open an account with $20 and they will give you a "free" $10 bet on the derby and a on each leg of the triple crown-you have to have at least $10 in your account to bet though-still that is one way to get better odds. <G>
They just told me that they are still taking deposits and accounts from the United States. They only pay a 3% rebate but they take bets like pick 3s and pick4s that some do not. I haven't tried to deposit yet as I'm still leery of any off shore book especially since a track executive just told me that "The industry won't be satisfied until we shut down all these off shore places" They just don't get it that if they offered rebates-even 3-4% they would shut these places down.
