For a few years Juan Serey was a trainer that was the scourge of New Jersey before moving on to great success as a claiming trainer the Aqueduct-Belomont Park circuit in New York. Here is why he has disappeared from the scene according to the NY POST newspaper.

Notice that he's not sorry for robbing the bettors. He's being punished now, though.

There's not alot of justice in this world. The innocent sometimes get persecuted, prosecuted, and convicted(sometimes by the highest government authorities), while the guilty go free.

Happily, in this instance, there is justice.

NYRA seems to have more than it's share of crooked trainers.
Maybe a good handicapping tool would be to have a schedule of all ships coming in from Columbia, then you would know when to start betting certain barns agressively <G>
