Roger is a member of the CHRB, chairman of its pari-mutuel committee and an advocate for horseplayers. Roger forwards any emails with relevant info, vis-a-vis horse betting to all other CHRB members. Be sure and identify yourself as a California resident.
An email to Roger will have far more impact with regard to this Pick-6 scandal than continuing to post here, where you're basically "preaching to the choir"
