Language translator

Already did a search here, got nothing but terrorist threads. On my old computer I used to have a translator that I got from some site. It was free, you could keep it handy, and was simple to use. Just type away and it did it's thing. Does anyone know of the site? I know we discussed it here at PA at one time, but it was quite awhile ago. Thx
