Reducing Size Of Avatars

I've tried several times to download an avatar to PACE ADVANTAGE, but I get an error message saying the avatar is too large and that the maximum size allowed is 100 X 100 pixels. Is there a way to reduce the size of the avatar before trying to download it to this site?

Use this. You probably have a Photo Editor but this is just as easy.
