Adjoins is putting it lightly. When you go down Union, take a left on nelson, go past the owner/trainer entrance on the left, your next left is Stonerside.

I drive past it several times a week. It is a dream property. Bill Mott used to have his stable there with the private 1 mile (1 mile! As large as CD and many other major tracks!) training track.

There is a chain link fence separating the new Darley property from the track. I've been back there and it's breathtaking. Deer frolic on the infield of the training track and the shedrows are well kept, shaded by huge pines and elms. My guess is that access will be far less likely now so I'm happy to have had the chance to visit when I did.
