Thanks...wondered how long into the game the big mistake would beset you. Tied 14-14.

It certainly wasn't like he was surprised. He saw the guy coming the whole way and still didn't protect the ball.

Apparently not. And I sure would have liked to see a QB sneak by Philadelphia yesterday at 2nd and 1 on the 4.

Your post is a perfect illustration about your lack of understanding of causality. This void in your knowledge base regarding the principle of causality is demonstrated repeatedly in the majority of your posts.

Yes, San Diego! (and they've got L.T.)

Rex basically made one mistake today: the fumble. The interception was clearly Muhammid's fault, not Grossman's. And did they get the win? No further questions. Romo is going to the Pro Bowl as a backup; compare his numbers to Grossman. I see no edge in Romo.

I enjoyed the headline on Jim Litke's AP article.

Split Personality: Grossman Shows Flashes of Bart Starr - and Bart Simpson
http://sports.excite.com/news/01142007/v2821.html

From the article:
"After Sunday's 27-24 victory, Grossman was asked: "How long have the last two weeks been?" Thankful for an easy question, Grossman smirked.

"Fourteen days," he said.

Without prompting, he added, "I think you give yourselves too much credit how (the criticism) affects me. It affects my family more than it affects me.""

Lovie has done a great job in bringing his team through their quarterbacks' misfortunes. I expected the wheels to come off well before now yet he has kept them together.

On a related note, I believe the effectiveness of the QB sneek is diminished by the increased size and speed of todays linebackers. Many of them could be considered as the finest athletes in all of sports. That one yard up the middle is no longer guaranteed.
