Chicago, Ill.: Which horses have had the best workouts this week?
Andrew Beyer: I read the reports from an on-line service, Handicapper's Report, which I respect a lot. They gave good write ups on a lot of horses, but gave an absolute rave review to Barbaro's work in :46 flat.....
