Finding Scratches

Many tracks do not post scratches on their websites and quite often BRIS doesn't show the scratches on their toteboard. Does any one know where one might go to get scratches and driver changes for Harness tracks like The Meadows and Northfield?

--I'm a Canadian and an Albertan as well. As such I can't join EBETUSA as a member. Nevertheless, when I go to the EBETUSA website and click on MEMBER SERVICES, then scroll down to SCRATCHES and click on that, a list of tracks they carry (both thoroughbred and harness) will have the scratches for the day. Of course they may not have the scratches for certain tracks, until let's say 15 to 30 minutes before post time.

I checked the site and they do post scratches -which I am thankful for. I noticed that Ehorse also posts the scratches for the races that they cover. Thanks a lot!
