I you could design a thoroughbred track and set the rules and race conditions what would the result be like?

No joking, but I would create a nighttime, five-eighths thoroughbred track near New York City. There's nothing like the ambiance that a bullring creates when watching thoroughbred racing. Plus, one doesn't need binoculars!

The track could run Finger Lakes type horses...without the trip all the way to Finger Lakes for the horsemen.
