Adopt a Cat-2nd at NY today

Maybe no one saw it the way I saw it... But the load on Adopt a Cat in todays 2nd at NY was negligent.


They had a lot of trouble at the gate today....and at 9/5 he ran 4 furlongs and stopped.

I had 2 tickets...5 to the 8, 5 to the 1. The only thing I left on the table was a $24.00 will pay to a $17.00 will pay. It cost me peanuts. $25.00, my Doubles were $10.00.

But still, that load was ludicrious.

never mind this horse broke loose at the gate up at Saratoga this summer...( and ran for 20 minutes). So they should of been prepared and they were'nt.

Yes this happens many times throughout the day at different tracks.
I once had a $20 win3 going to a horse that was given this kind of treatment at the gate. My will pay was $350 for $2. He lost that day but went on to win his next 3. This is a factor which could pay dividends if a person watched closely enough.

This is why I refuse to bet with some of the off-shore outfits that close the windows a few minutes before post.

I couldn't seperate the 1 and 7, when they worked over the 1, and this time the 7 went in without much trouble (He got the treatment the 1 had in his last race.) I bet the 7 in last flash.
