..a general question to those of you who use Equiform figures/patterns or derived values thereof:

What (if any) suspected required changes to the Plunge/Compression/Negative Spread 2nd time starter patterns are you seeing on the polytrack? Or is it just too early to tell and formulate some intelligent estimates?

Haven't had the time to play much lately, and have only used the Xtra's on polytracks on 4 or 5 occasions. The relationships seem to be holding up very well, and that's what I've heard anecdotally. Arguably those relationships should be stronger on polytrack, where conditioning is supposed to be more important. The strongest relationships between the pace and final figure numbers and trends of pace figures (cycles) are to point to improved conditioning and the potential for forward or explosive moves. IMHO this provides a much richer context for polytrack handicapping.
