Tom, you must be referring to the comptroller that used a state employee as his wife's driver.

He was re-elected, but will not serve.

The Albany DA insisted he plead guilty to a felony, so a message would be sent that if you steal from this state, you not get off easy.

Duh. No jail time for a felony,
Well that settles it, NY is tough on crime!

BTW, did you know that it were not for Katrina, NYS would have led the nation in losing population? More people move to Arkansas than NYS!

Our state motto should be "We suck and we know it!"
