R1
Gold Mover is a graded winner sprinting and 7F is a perfect distance for her. The day starts right for chalk players. Harmony Lodge is in here praying for rain, but pay attention to how long she stays in the hunt (she will make the lead!) to get some idea of how speed will fare the rest of the day. Nafzger’s Copper Belle and the longshot Oglala Sue have nice patterns and will debate the 2nd slot.

R2
Balto Star is another one leading the cheers for rain. This geld usually follows up a clunker with a good one. Generous Rosi and Chop Chop got acquainted last time out and he has the tactical speed to keep ‘Star in sight. Hero’s Tribute looks more like a late-running sprinter than a router.

R11
One More Round added the hood two back and ran a top with a win. He added 7 lbs off that one and bounced like a golf ball hitting the parking lot. In here he goes from Smullen (who?) to Mick Kinane and drops 26 lbs off the failure. His tracking style should fit this course and if you need a price to get out on the day, here it is! Oh! Almost forgot—he gets the juice for today’s run, too.

Go Baby Go!
