The cousin of a friend was a known thrill seeker & invited me to go hang gliding to which I declined. Far more confident of his ability than his experience warranted he died that day.

Climbing up Mt Hood in December seems a tad foolhardy. My condolences to the families but how bout a little common sense particularly when you're a parent?

I forget who said if sense were common we would all have it.

I never heard of a daredevil with common sense. And I have no idea why they left the summit in a snowstorm.
The stupidest thing they did was leave a secure area (the 1st snowcave). Someone needs to invent a hand crank heater.

"She had to undergo a gender test and there were some problems with it,"

I hate when that happens.

Where is the photo that does not cover "her" Adam's Apple?

I felt bad for failing a calculus test. He must be suicidal for failing a gender test.

what is the status on the other two climbers? I assume they are still looking for them, have not been able to follow the news on this.
