I use 4 of those fibre stick on pads circles you get to protect laminated flooring from furniture scrapes. Lifts the laptop underside by just enough and more stable than 2 legs.

Thanks Tom, Robert & Dave.
My laptop had it's first thermal shutdown last week. I wasn't working, of course, I was playing poker :) . It scared the dickens out of me because I have a lot of work stuff on it and didn't have any really current backups (I know, I know :blush: ).
Anyway, I've just been propping up the back of it since then but a cooler looks like just the ticket.

Also backed it up ;) .
