HALO'S IMAGE. Fifth straight year as Florida's leading sire. Money in the bank.
Believe it or not, my favorite sire to play from a handicapping standpoint is Cee's Tizzy. Love it when I see a Cee's Tizzy on the East Coast.
Doc
I have to get a new favorite sire. :D

Yay, Cesario! I like A.P. Indy too. I saw him run and he had major determination. If a horse came alongside, A.P. would flatten his head and neck and dilate his nostrils. It was inspiring to see and many of his kids are doing well.

I like Hennessey
Pulpit
Last month at the Keeneland Broodmare sale, Madcap escapade sold for 6.1 Million dollars. I have read stories that she is in Foal to Pulpit.....and I read it was AP Indy.
Now I read she was covered by both...
Handicapping stats can be misleading. They credit Pulpit with 20% winners from 2YO's this year. That's 20% from all his foals in 06. Of 66, only 25 went to post , and from that 25, 13 of them won... That is 52%. Putting those numbers in perspective. Those 25 starters ran 77 races total. Avg just over 3 each. So they win... they win early, and they win big. Those 13 winners generated 700 grand in purse earnings.
From Keeneland Web Site
Second-highest price of the Monday session was $6 million, paid by John Sikura’s Hill ‘n’ Dale Bloodstock for the Grade 1 stakes-winning mare Madcap Escapade, sold in foal to Pulpit.

From the NTRA web site
Madcap Escapade, a Grade 1 winner and millionaire in foal to A. P. Indy, sold for $6 million as the early leader at the Keeneland November breeding stock sale's opening session Monday in Lexington, Ky.
