grahors,

Congratulations on winning the TVG contest. I'm sure you will represent TVG well. I had $81 going into the final race, and $103 total. Yes, that means I played #1 in Hollywood race 8. Lost by a head!!!!! Would that have got me to the top? We will never know... Congrats on a job well done. I'll try again next week.

You mean to tell me that someone out of the "Minneapple" has the acumen to win a handicapping contest amongst folk from outside the area? Nice work eh. So ah, do ya think they'll have a parade for ya on Hennepin then eh?

JKiddin' --Nice work. Keep the shovel warm.

Congrats, grahors!

Care to share how you came up with the #3 in the 6th at Aqu?

Either way,... some fine handicapping!

Grahors (unusual for me)I admire your strategy in getting off to such a strong start in the contest. Certainly well played, congratulations.

I did not break even on the card, posting $36.60 for 3 winners. Good luck to everyone next weekend.

Lurking,
To be truthful, it was a bunch of luck and Ray Taulbot.....I use his old pace sliderule and adjust for variant...the #3 came up with a very good composite fig...so I went with him. I also had the #1 in the last contest race by doing the same..it did place by a nose at huge odds and paid $30.00 plus.

Well, their system was down and I could not bet the first two races, but since it was you who won, I didn't tell them ;)
