Carroll [ speed handicapping ]

Hi Guys,

Anyone here that uses handicapping software. I just got a copy of Charles Carroll "Speed handicapping" This was created after his book was so well recived back in the mid 80's. Any one know of the Author or have this 4.0 version....Thanks

I'm pretty familiar with his work...
(Actually it was the '90s.)
v4.0 is doing fine, and 4.5 is a couple of months off.
